Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation charges of 100% will be applicable if cancelled / no-show less than 15 days prior to check-in date.
• Cancellation charges of 50% will be applicable if cancelled / no-show between 16 days - 30days prior to check-in date.
• Cancellation charges of 0% + bank transaction charges will be applicable if cancelled more than 30 days prior to check-in date.

Refund Policy

Refunds, if applicable, are at the discretion of the Management. For the avoidance of doubt, nothing in this policy shall require Briar Tea Bungalows to refund the advance receipt (or part thereof) unless such advance receipt (or part thereof) have previously been paid. Payment gateway transaction charges will be applicable on refunds.

Refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 working days from the date of request approval. The exact timeframe may vary depending on the banking partner involved.

No-Show Policy

If a guest fails to check in at the property within the stipulated time, the reservation will be treated as a “no-show.” In such cases, the booking will stand cancelled for the entire duration, and charges will apply for all booked nights.
