Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation charges of 100% will be applicable if cancelled / no-show less than 15 days prior to check-in date.
• Cancellation charges of 50% will be applicable if cancelled / no-show between 16 days -30 days prior to check-in date.
• Cancellation charges of 0% + bank transaction charges will be applicable if cancelled more than 30 days prior to check-in date.

Refund Policy

Refunds, if applicable, will be at the sole discretion of the Management.For clarity, nothing in this Policy shall require Tea Estates India Limited to refund the advance receipt (or part thereof) unless such advance receipt (or part thereof) have already been paid.
Applicable payment gateway / bank transaction charges will be deducted on cancellation.Approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 working days from the date of request approval (processing time may vary depending on the banking partner).

No-Show Policy

If a guest fails to check in at the property within the stipulated time, the reservation will be treated as a “no-show.” In such cases, the booking will stand cancelled for the entire duration, and charges will apply for all booked nights.
